Room was clean but very dated. Everything worked, however the outlets were few and one required repair. AC was loud and not sufficient to fully cool the room, but not terrible. Convenient to 96th Street subway. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The views from the property were amazing! Nice and spacious as well. Will book again when I come back to NY!

Aunque no sabìamos que se paga una fee que cubre tanto el desayuno como las tapas y bebidas en la tarde, los mismos fueron muy buenos con excelentes empleados. Especialmente Sonia en las tardes. En cuando a otro empleado que hizo de nuestra estadìa una especial, fue Nicolás en recepción. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar con nuestras preguntas. El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una estación de subway justo al lado

The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place.
